I listened to the show where CMM interviewed Patrick Lencioni about his book "3 Signs of a Miserable Job". Good stuff.
Stop over and listen to the Cranky Middle Manager when you get a chance.
I know, I know. If he would just wear a Go Slow shirt he might not be so cranky.
I take that back. Neckties. (shudder)

Greg, thanks for the Mad Gringo love for the show. We've done over 110 interviews with some big names and some cool people you've never heard of. Anything to help people chill a bit at work.... now I have to go tie my tie and try not to put 7 loops in it....
Sadly we can't all indulge the MG lifestyle..check this out and shudder. I can't believe it came out of my head.
